Our first collaboration with Foundation – an internationally recognized Ukrainian specialty coffee roaster – brings a refined and elegant approach to decaffeinated coffee.

This lot from Huila is processed using the sugar cane (EA) method, preserving the coffee’s natural character while gently removing caffeine. The result is a soft, balanced cup with delicate notes of milk oolong, oatmeal cookies, and apricot jam, supported by subtle sweetness of dates. The profile is calm and smooth, with a light, rounded body and a clean, elegant finish.

Each drip bag contains 12 grams of freshly roasted specialty coffee, precisely portioned to brew a balanced, flavour-forward cup. The coffee is sealed under nitrogen in premium, professional-grade packaging, protecting it from oxygen and preserving its aroma and character until brewing.

Roasted in small batches and packed in single-serve drip bags, this coffee is designed for effortless brewing – just add hot water. No equipment needed.
